Has been working on healthcare problem-solving initiatives since his first year of high school, developing solution concepts for conditions such as psychiatric disorders, frailty, and heart failure. Served as project leader for a joint project with the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association. Has experience working at multiple funds in the life science sector. JSBi-certified Bioinformatics Engineer.

Jumpei UKITA M.D., Ph.D.
Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. Completed doctoral program at the Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. Worked as a machine learning engineer at M3, Inc. Currently serves as an Academic Staff Member at the Matsuo-Iwasawa Laboratory, The University of Tokyo, and as a Senior Data Scientist at Matsuo Institute, Inc. Has published papers in the fields of medicine, neuroscience, and machine learning. In AI medical device development, served as an analytics lead across regulatory and analytics teams through PMDA approval.
