Emeraid, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as a provider of AI solutions in the healthcare sector, recognizes the appropriate protection of information assets as a social responsibility and establishes the following Information Security Policy.
The Company strives to protect information entrusted by our customers and the Company's information assets from all threats, and to maintain and improve information security. In particular, we ensure the highest level of security in handling medical information.
This policy applies to all officers, employees, and all parties who access the Company's information assets.
The Company appoints an Information Security Management Officer and establishes and operates an information security management structure. We also periodically review the structure and strive for continuous improvement.
The Company appropriately classifies and manages information assets and implements protective measures from the following perspectives:
The Company complies with laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to information security. In particular, we strictly comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and healthcare-related regulations.
The Company regularly conducts education and training on information security for all officers and employees to raise security awareness.
The Company maintains a structure to respond promptly and appropriately in the event of an information security incident. When an incident occurs, we strive to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.
The Company periodically evaluates the effectiveness of our information security management and implements continuous improvements.
